Senior HRIS Analyst – Power Automate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Power BI Report Development: Create HR reports and dashboards primarily utilizing Power BI, sourcing data from ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS platforms. Automate report generation using Power Automate Workflows and additional automation tools, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.

• HR Data Analysis: Assist with the analysis of HR data to spot trends and provide insights on critical metrics, including turnover, employee engagement, and workforce demographics. Support the establishment of Department Level KPIs. Review reports daily for data integrity issues and inform relevant department managers for data input. Maintain and update the Audit Schedule to ensure ongoing data checks. Conduct data validation and integrity checks to ensure accurate reporting.

• Data Governance and Quality: Aid in enforcing data governance policies by performing data audits and validation checks. Help maintain the accuracy and consistency of HR data across various platforms.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the HRIS Analytics Manager and other HR teams to collect reporting requirements. Provide ad-hoc reports and data as necessary to support business initiatives, including frequent custom reports from ADP.

• Training and Support: Offer basic assistance to HR and business users on accessing and interpreting Power BI reports. Contribute to the development of training materials to enhance user engagement with HR data.

• Continuous Improvement: Engage in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance the efficiency of HR reporting and data analysis. Stay informed about new Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Work Style and Mindset: Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of taking ownership of projects, troubleshooting independently, and delivering results with minimal oversight while effectively collaborating across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and Power Automate, including Power Query and data visualization, as well as automation.

• 3+ years of experience with HRIS data, including SharePoint site design and expert-level proficiency in Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple teams.

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now, Recruiting Metrics, Ticket Dashboards, LMS Data, and Time and Attendance Data.

• Solid knowledge of DAX, ETL, and data validation techniques.

• A desire to learn and advance in the field of HR data analytics and business intelligence.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, resolve reporting issues, and achieve results without continuous supervision.

• A continuous learner who actively pursues the expansion of technical and analytical skills.

• Preferred: Experience with HaloPSA, Relias LMS, or Palantir Dashboards is a plus but not required.

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Data Analytics is preferred, or equivalent experience.
