Senior HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing HR reports, dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows.

• Constructs automated reporting processes utilizing Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint, and various analytics tools.

• Designs HR dashboards and data visualizations by leveraging data from ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro, and other HRIS platforms.

• Streamlines recurring reports and alerts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder visibility.

• Guarantees that reports are precise, timely, and distributed to the relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Power BI and Power Automate is required.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in HRIS data, reporting, analytics, or systems is required.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro, or comparable HRIS platforms is required.

• Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, ETL processes, data validation, and data visualization is required.

• Experience with SharePoint list automation and advanced Excel is required.

• Excellent skills in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.

• Strong capabilities in Power Automate workflow and reporting automation.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Power Query, DAX, ETL, and data validation techniques.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
