Senior HRBP – US

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a fully remote organization consisting of around 150 employees across Commercial, G&A, Clinical, and cross-functional teams.

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to people managers and leaders based in the US.

• Proactively assess managerial capability gaps and design specific interventions.

• Address complex employee situations with sound judgment and promptness.

• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Employee Experience to advance People programs and initiatives throughout the US.

• Partner with managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

• Utilize people data to highlight organizational health signals and link them to suggested actions.

• Implement People strategy at the business level.

• Actively and fluently employ AI tools in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, demonstrating ownership in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Extensive experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Commercial organizations.

• Strong capabilities in coaching managers.

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent team collaboration skills.

• High tolerance for ambiguity.

• Strong proficiency in AI tools.

• Exceptional judgment, communication skills, and the ability to consider multiple stakeholder perspectives simultaneously.

• Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments.
