This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Collaborate with business leaders to formulate and implement strategic people plans that align with the company's objectives.
β’ Spearhead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and initiatives for talent development.
β’ Guide leaders on performance management, enhancing leadership effectiveness, managing employee relations, and improving team performance.
β’ Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective feedback mechanisms, development opportunities, and performance practices.
β’ Direct engagement and retention initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and strengthening the company culture.
β’ Utilize people analytics and HR data to identify trends, address business challenges, and inform people strategy.
β’ Advocate for organizational development initiatives, including capability building, leadership development, change management, and growth frameworks.
β’ Employ AI and innovative HR practices to enhance productivity, decision-making, and employee outcomes.
β’ Serve as a strategic thought partner during times of transformation, growth, and organizational change.
β’ 5β8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner.
β’ Background in supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, startup, or scale-up environments.
β’ Strong proficiency in organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
β’ Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategies into people-focused initiatives.
β’ Experience with HR metrics, workforce analytics, and making data-driven decisions.
β’ Successful history of utilizing AI and technology to enhance HR processes and outcomes.
β’ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Nice-to-Haves: Experience in remote-first, distributed international organizations. Familiarity with European employment environments and managing a multi-country workforce. HR-related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience. Residing in Germany, Spain, Italy, or another European location where Jimdo operates.
