
Senior HR Systems & Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Responsible for developing, constructing, and executing intricate software configuration requirements for all HR on-premises technology and SaaS systems through requirement analysis, process review, fit gap analysis, and collaboration with IT and vendors.
β’ Conducts meetings with stakeholders to assess, refine requirements, identify processes, and document existing gaps. Proposes and implements solutions to address gaps and improve processes.
β’ Designs, creates, automates, executes, and maintains automated system requirements and productivity tools utilized for testing and enhancing software.
β’ Formulates and implements project plans to support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within a scrum/agile framework.
β’ Performs configurations on HRβs SaaS systems and manages release engineering tasks on complex modules to ensure that software product operating parameters are documented, compliant with standard hardware configurations, and sustainable.
β’ Assesses business and change management processes to ensure that configuration items align with the requirements of all HR functions and the enterprise technology. Manages change implementation and offers recommendations for enhancements.
β’ Develops and executes system test plans and creates procedures to ensure that business information systems, workflows, and processes fulfill stakeholder requirements and operate at peak performance.
β’ Provides program guidance, direction, and advice to employees both within and outside the organizational unit. May coordinate or matrix manage the activities of professional, technical, or clerical personnel, including contractors. Offers coaching to enhance technical skills relevant to business and overall development in others.
β’ Creates and implements new policies, systems, procedures, and training programs. Oversees the communication of new policies and procedures to employees and stakeholders.
β’ Establishes effective working relationships with internal business customers and IT stakeholders to ensure optimal cooperation and coordination, maximizing the quality of products, services, and policies.
β’ Monitors performance and assesses business information systems concerning functional availability, reliability, scalability, design accuracy, configuration, and implementation; generates reports and recommendations based on review results.
β’ Proven ability to lead teams engaged in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation activities related to business information systems.
β’ Capability to conduct FIT/GAP analysis adequate to identify and implement solutions.
β’ Proficiency in researching, analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing business information systems and technological solutions.
β’ Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies, processes, standards, and techniques sufficient to design, build, and test Human Resources information systems, both on-premises and SaaS.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, capable of writing requirements, deliverables, and configuring SaaS technologies.
β’ Ability to identify and communicate change management needs related to technology changes.
β’ Expertise in application practices in the areas of requirement definition, configuration of Human Resources SaaS technology, requirement management, test strategy, automated testing, test tools, functional testing, regression testing, performance/capacity testing, end-to-end testing, Section 508 compliance, benchmarking, and security testing.
