Senior HR Operations Specialist – Canada, U.S.

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior contact point for intricate and escalated HR inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Ensure the resolution of cases meets high-quality standards by leveraging knowledge of HR policies, programs, and systems.

• Track case trends to pinpoint opportunities for process or policy enhancements.

• Spearhead the operationalization, documentation, and ongoing improvement of MyHR processes.

• Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.

• Promote automation and self-service capabilities by developing a robust knowledge base.

• Work alongside HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to ensure service delivery is aligned with local compliance and cultural nuances.

• Offer guidance on voluntary termination processes and facilitate smooth employee offboarding.

• Evaluate service delivery metrics and employee feedback to suggest enhancements.

• Oversee onboarding and training for new team members.

• Manage and update HR knowledge articles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations or shared services.

• Experience preferably in a global or matrixed organization.

• Demonstrated capability to handle complex cases and drive process improvements.

• Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with reporting tools and HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

• Capacity to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
