Senior HR Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational authority on Diia City employment standards for the company.

• Oversee the entire onboarding process for employees based in Ukraine.

• Manage the complete conversion process from contractor to employee.

• Handle military registration procedures and documentation for eligible staff members.

• Ensure the accuracy of employee records and manage changes throughout the employment lifecycle.

• Supervise contractor agreements and facilitate payment arrangements with the Accounting department.

• Collaborate with the Ukraine Chief Accountant, General Counsel, Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams on payroll inputs and employment law issues.

• Develop, document, and continually enhance scalable HR operations processes for Ukraine.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or Employment Compliance in Ukraine.

• In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and Diia City employment regulations.

• Experience in managing employment documentation, contractor agreements, and HR compliance procedures.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting regulatory demands.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively across HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams.

• Proficient in dealing with sensitive and confidential employee information.

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience with global or international organizations is an advantage.
