Senior HR Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily HR operations for RemotePass's internal team, which is distributed globally.

• Update and maintain HR processes, policies, documentation, and systems while addressing issues and streamlining procedures.

• Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

• Oversee the entire performance review cycle, including setup, coordination, and follow-up.

• Manage both the onboarding and offboarding processes for the internal team.

• Responsible for time-off policies and general HR administration on a day-to-day basis.

• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local employment regulations across various team locations.

• Monitor and report on HR metrics, including onboarding completion rates, ticket resolution, and compliance statuses.

• Collaborate with leadership, Finance, and Payroll to support the internal team effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR / People Operations with a strong focus on day-to-day delivery.

• Demonstrated experience in managing HR operations for a remote or distributed team across multiple countries.

• Experience in a startup, scaleup, technology firm, EOR, or HR tech company is highly advantageous.

• Practical experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance review cycles, HR tools, and recruitment software, including an ATS.

• Exceptional organizational and process skills, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Comfortable serving as the operational point of reference in a rapidly evolving, remote-first environment.

• Proficient in English.
