This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, documentation, and induction coordination.
• Ensure that employee data in Brightedge’s HRIS systems is accurate and consistently updated.
• Facilitate seamless coordination of employee confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Continuously enhance HR processes to guarantee scalability and efficiency as the organization expands.
• Prepare, validate, and manage monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, variable pay, new joiners, and exits.
• Collaborate with Finance and external partners to ensure payroll execution is accurate and timely.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes or systems.
• Partner with the People & Culture team to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• An MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles, ideally within a startup or technology-driven company.
• Proficiency in HRIS or HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.).
• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a mindset focused on processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• A proactive self-starter attitude with a sense of ownership and a bias for action.
• Experience within a high-growth performance marketing environment.
• Familiarity with modern HR systems, analytics, and automation.
