This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Supervise HR functions across various locations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and relevant regulations.
β’ Direct and oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development initiatives.
β’ Provide guidance to managers and employees concerning HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
β’ Create and implement strategic HR policies and procedures.
β’ Work alongside senior management to pinpoint and tackle strategic HR requirements and challenges.
β’ Offer direction and support to HR teams at each location while auditing for consistency and adherence to best practices.
β’ Track and assess HR metrics to gauge HR initiatives and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
β’ Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across all sites.
β’ Promote continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.
β’ Execute additional duties and projects that support CFPβs Mission and Purpose.
β’ Report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR.
β’ At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
β’ Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading HR operations effectively.
β’ In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
β’ Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to work efficiently within a team environment.
β’ HR certification is required, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally.
