Senior HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise HR functions across various locations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and relevant regulations.

• Direct and oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development initiatives.

• Provide guidance to managers and employees concerning HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Create and implement strategic HR policies and procedures.

• Work alongside senior management to pinpoint and tackle strategic HR requirements and challenges.

• Offer direction and support to HR teams at each location while auditing for consistency and adherence to best practices.

• Track and assess HR metrics to gauge HR initiatives and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across all sites.

• Promote continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.

• Execute additional duties and projects that support CFP’s Mission and Purpose.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR.

• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in leading HR operations effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently within a team environment.

• HR certification is required, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
