This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
β’ Act as a support resource for core leaders and caregivers dealing with employee relations issues
β’ Implement best-practice strategies for fostering positive employee and labor relations
β’ Ensure compliance with HR policies as well as regulatory and policy requirements
β’ Perform research related to employee relations
β’ Recognize trends, patterns, and critical intervention needs
β’ Conduct research in labor relations
β’ Create dispute resolution alternatives and policies
β’ Maintain accurate records and data integrity
β’ Oversee HR metrics and dashboards
β’ Present findings to fellow HR professionals to ensure coordinated actions
β’ 3 years of proven experience delivering high-touch customer service in a 'concierge' style setting
β’ 2 years of professional human resources experience in a comparable role
β’ 2 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
β’ Upon hiring: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
β’ 2 years of experience in a multi-state/healthcare environment is preferred
β’ 1 additional year of experience in Labor Relations and specialized areas of HR Service Center, Drug-Free Workplace, Compliance, and/or Performance Management is preferred
