Human Resources Consultant – Employee Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a support resource for core leaders and caregivers dealing with employee relations issues

• Implement best-practice strategies for fostering positive employee and labor relations

• Ensure compliance with HR policies as well as regulatory and policy requirements

• Perform research related to employee relations

• Recognize trends, patterns, and critical intervention needs

• Conduct research in labor relations

• Create dispute resolution alternatives and policies

• Maintain accurate records and data integrity

• Oversee HR metrics and dashboards

• Present findings to fellow HR professionals to ensure coordinated actions

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience delivering high-touch customer service in a 'concierge' style setting

• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a comparable role

• 2 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred

• Upon hiring: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred

• 2 years of experience in a multi-state/healthcare environment is preferred

• 1 additional year of experience in Labor Relations and specialized areas of HR Service Center, Drug-Free Workplace, Compliance, and/or Performance Management is preferred
