This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee and address intricate employee exit processes across various international jurisdictions with minimal oversight.
β’ Offer expert advice on termination, resignation, transfer protocols, employment agreements, redundancy procedures, and additional HR-related issues.
β’ Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, covering workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, separation and settlement discussions, and termination conclusions.
β’ Negotiate and influence favorable outcomes in complex termination situations.
β’ Collaborate with payroll, legal advisors, governmental agencies, trade unions, and other relevant stakeholders.
β’ Create, customize, and manage termination and supplementary documentation.
β’ Ensure that employee records are maintained in accordance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
β’ Handle offboarding tasks using Remote's internal HRIS platform.
β’ Provide first-level Employee Relations support and advice regarding workplace issues.
β’ Conduct initial evaluations of workplace concerns, identifying applicable regulations and potential resolutions.
β’ Track and monitor employee relations incidents and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on offboarding and initial employee relations issues.
β’ Mentor and support junior team members.
β’ Drive enhancements in processes, automation, product development, as well as improvements in customer and employee experiences.
β’ Establish methods, procedures, and standards for new assignments.
β’ Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, possessing generalist HR skills and exposure to the employee lifecycle.
β’ Demonstrated ability to independently manage both voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity, care, and legal compliance.
β’ Experience in providing HR counsel on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
β’ Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and fundamental workplace investigation techniques.
β’ Capability to interpret and apply industrial instruments while analyzing complex HR challenges.
β’ Proficient in researching issues, developing practical team resources, offering viable solutions, and conveying recommendations.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
β’ Competence to independently navigate challenging conversations toward favorable outcomes.
β’ Business-level (advanced) proficiency in both written and spoken English.
β’ Talent for process innovation, optimization, automation, and implementation of best practices.
β’ Strong awareness of operational efficiency, record-keeping, and data integrity.
β’ Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously using various tools and adapt to changing systems.
β’ Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international, and asynchronous remote environment.
β’ Willingness to maintain flexible hours as needed.
β’ Proactive, self-motivated, accountable, and capable of inspiring others.
β’ Strong capabilities in automation, AI, and a solid understanding of AI applications.
β’ Tertiary qualifications in HR, labor relations, or employment law are advantageous but not mandatory.
