This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management of HR Reporting & KPIs
• Development, maintenance, and enhancement of an international People Reporting Dashboard (Personio/Power BI), including regular and ad-hoc analyses for management, PE companies, and People Business Partners
• Definition, monitoring, and commentary on relevant HR KPIs, including evaluation of revenue/EBITDA target achievement for variable compensation
• Ensuring data quality and consistency across all country entities
• Personnel cost controlling
• Personnel cost planning, budgeting, and 12-month rolling forecast (FTE and cost development by Group, Entities, Functions), including ongoing plan-actual variance analysis
• Close collaboration with the Finance team on integrated corporate planning (IBP/XP&A)
• Preparation of personnel costs for investor reporting, board decks, and due diligence processes
• Workforce Planning & Analytics
• Strategic workforce planning (headcount, skill gap analyses, scenario planning) and development of People Analytics solutions for data-driven HR management
• Analysis of recruiting funnels and time-to-fill metrics to enhance hiring efficiency
• HR system landscape & processes
• Management and further development of the HR system landscape (HRIS, Payroll, BI tools including AI), ensuring a standardized data foundation across all international entities
• Implementation of HR processes according to PE governance requirements and coordination with local HR teams to comply with global reporting standards
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Human Resources Management, or a related field; additional training in People Analytics or Controlling is a plus
• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in HR controlling, People Analytics, or Finance Controlling – ideally in a fast-growing international software/tech company
• Experience in the PE environment or with financial investors is advantageous; knowledge of M&A/Post-Merger Integration in the HR context is desirable
• Excellent Excel and BI tool skills (e.g., Power BI) as well as strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Personio), ideally also in financial systems (e.g., LucaNet)
• Experience in using AI tools to automate and optimize HR processes and analytics (e.g., n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools)
• Proficient in handling large data sets and experienced in headcount planning, budgeting processes, and cost center management
• Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking – you promptly identify discrepancies and trends and actively alert to risks
• Excellent communication skills and a self-reliant, structured working style – you present complex data clearly for diverse target audiences
• Resilience, flexibility, and intercultural competence when working with international teams and a dynamic PE environment
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are required for this role
• Additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus
