This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
β’ Lead and oversee initiatives related to organizational design and structure, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with P&L drivers and operational objectives;
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance team structures for optimal operational effectiveness;
β’ Implement structural practices that facilitate the successful achievement of both business and functional goals;
β’ Provide support and development for C-level executives in organizational and team management;
β’ Direct strategic workforce planning, pinpointing critical roles and formulating succession plans;
β’ Accurately project staffing needs in relation to business growth and objectives;
β’ Manage the HR budgeting process, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals;
β’ Continuously monitor, control, and report on the execution of the HR budget and financial performance;
β’ Establish, track, and evaluate key HR metrics to assess the success of HR strategies and initiatives;
β’ Conduct data analysis to extract insights for ongoing enhancements in HR processes;
β’ Create and implement employee retention programs aimed at boosting engagement and satisfaction;
β’ Systematically evaluate and address factors affecting employee retention, offering actionable solutions;
β’ Plan, execute, and manage the company's compensation framework;
β’ Ensure compensation strategies are aligned with market trends and organizational objectives;
β’ Participate in the creation of salary ranges and compensation structures;
β’ Develop equitable and transparent bonus schemes for various roles and functions within budget constraints.
β’ At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, particularly within the IT industry;
β’ Prior experience in team management is a plus;
β’ Proven ability to understand IT professional competencies and skills;
β’ Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and HR analytics;
β’ Outstanding leadership and communication skills;
β’ Strong project management and change management capabilities;
β’ Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
