Senior HR Business Partner – Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a subject matter expert in human resource functions for project teams.

β€’ Comprehend project timelines and develop schedules to achieve milestones and critical tasks.

β€’ Deliver solutions for HR requirements, including compensation and incentive plans, new-hire orientation, recruiting, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, handbooks, job descriptions, compliance, training, and policy development.

β€’ Offer site-specific solutions for monitoring employee data.

β€’ Provide consistent updates to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

β€’ Raise identified issues and risks to the appropriate leaders.

β€’ Assist HR functions for new sites until permanent support is established and trained.

β€’ Maintain personnel files, HRIS, and payroll records.

β€’ Aid in payroll processing and benefits enrollment.

β€’ Facilitate hiring by posting jobs, screening candidates, and/or making hires.

β€’ Help resolve associate-relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.

β€’ Support HR functions during site closures and perform related assigned duties.

β€’ Communicate company policies and aid in their enforcement by leadership.

β€’ Investigate employment laws and HR policies, effectively conveying information to clients.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

β€’ Experience in opening new sites and/or managing multiple projects is advantageous.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

β€’ Familiarity with HRIS systems.

β€’ Holding a recognized HR Professional Certification is a plus.

β€’ Local language proficiency required.

β€’ Willingness to travel locally and across the United States as required, typically 30%-50% of the time.

β€’ Practical knowledge of applicable local HR laws and regulations.

β€’ Capability to understand and analyze HR processes while making practical recommendations.

β€’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

β€’ Competence in managing sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

β€’ Demonstrated leadership potential with robust business and professional insight.

β€’ Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change.

β€’ Flexibility to shift priorities and business needs, including maintaining a flexible schedule.


🏝️ Benefits

β€’ Base pay range of $77,000.00–$85,000.00.
