HR Communications Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, writing, editing, and execution of internal communications that align with the organization's objectives.

• Conduct audits and reviews of communications across various functions, projects, and regions.

• Enhance the reach and engagement of communications among employee groups.

• Collaborate and provide guidance to leadership teams and project owners on matters of internal communications.

• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

• Research and implement best practices in communication.

• Encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and relationship-building across different regions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop professionals in the communications field.

• Direct and manage group-level HR communications strategies and initiatives.

• Assist the Chief People Officer and the HR Leadership Team.

• Supervise Sustainability and Product Innovation communications in collaboration with the Group Sustainability team.

• Spearhead group-wide internal communications programs that are in line with Brambles' strategy.

• Strong storytelling and communication management abilities.
