πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of HR for the Portfolio Team throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

β€’ Develop and implement the employee value proposition.

β€’ Assist employees and collaborate with management on personnel decisions.

β€’ Oversee talent management, succession planning, and development strategies for the team.

β€’ Cultivate engagement, culture, and the employer value proposition with a customized approach.

β€’ Direct recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new members of the Portfolio Team.

β€’ Utilize AI to enhance the employee experience and identify opportunities for efficiency or automation.

β€’ Manage compensation and rewards, including benchmarking and innovative recognition initiatives.

β€’ Collaborate with suppliers like benefits brokers regarding commercials, contracts, enhancements, and training.

β€’ Provide guidance on sensitive personnel matters and mitigate risk.

β€’ Oversee the employee exit process.

β€’ Establish and uphold policies, payroll and benefits administration, legal entity structure, and management of people data.

β€’ Become proficient in the core HR systems.

β€’ Create and sustain a standalone HR function for roughly 45 employees within the Portfolio Team.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HRBP, senior HRBP, or HR Manager roles.

β€’ Direct experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders.

β€’ Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally.

β€’ Proficient in handling data, conducting data analysis, and communicating insights to diverse audiences from employees to C-suite executives.

β€’ Experience managing sensitive or complex employee relations cases independently from initiation to resolution.

β€’ Highly commercial, discreet, and credible in interactions with senior executives.

β€’ Experience working with employee populations in the UK and North America.

β€’ Eligibility to work in the UK.

β€’ Workday experience is a plus but not mandatory.

β€’ Experience in the software industry is beneficial but not required.
