Senior HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide HR assistance to employees and leadership at Prime.

• Offer guidance and coaching to leaders on matters related to employee relations and performance management.

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess organizational design and development requirements.

• Lead or co-lead HR projects and initiatives with a moderate level of complexity.

• Conduct investigations and suggest appropriate follow-up actions.

• Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition on the recruitment and selection process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.

• Must have the eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
