Senior HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business leadership team.

• Guide senior leaders, managers, and team members by providing talent, leadership, and organizational solutions that drive measurable business results.

• Ensure that teams are structured effectively to meet current and future business requirements.

• Facilitate leadership and employee development through the strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.

• Collaborate with business leaders to analyze data, metrics, and trends for informed decision-making.

• Influence talent-related decisions by staying attuned to business, market, and industry trends.

• Advise management on people-related issues including employee relations, conflict resolution, interpretation of company policies, and management principles.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and advice on performance-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and minimize risk.

• Promote the company’s culture while fostering open and transparent communication.

• Drive decisions related to organizational design and lead change management and communication strategies.

• Implement employee engagement initiatives for the client group.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree/MBA is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• A minimum of ten to fifteen (10 - 15) years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner.

• Extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching, and talent management, ideally within a multi-location entity.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the standards outlined in Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
