This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Assist with essential employee life cycle activities, including the onboarding of new professionals, management of professional data, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding of professionals.
β’ Draft HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments to contracts, HR policies, benefits enrollment forms, payroll enrollment documents, country-specific onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
β’ Organize and maintain employee records using our proprietary Platform: input, update, and manage customer and professional personal data, while processing various forms related to HR activities like new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.
β’ Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals, collaborating with brokers and insurers for professionalsβ benefits enrollments.
β’ Provide payroll data, including time and expense information, to assist with payroll administration, working closely with the payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
β’ Conduct audits and checks on data changes to ensure timely and accurate payments for professionals.
β’ Participate in the continuous enhancement of HR processes and assist in keeping standard operating procedures and policies current.
β’ Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with professionals and customers to address and resolve queries and concerns (via email and other communication channels).
β’ Ensure service excellence by adhering to and committing to established SLAs and SOPs.
β’ Collaborate and communicate with GP partners/vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, local payroll providers, and pension providers, ensuring strong teamwork and seamless coordination with internal GP teams.
β’ Serve as the first point of contact for professionals and customers during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (experience in Shared Services is desirable).
β’ In-depth knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
β’ Background in working within a Shared Services environment.
β’ Basic understanding of labor legislation across the EMEA region is a plus.
β’ Exceptional customer service skills.
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in various settings.
β’ Proficient in MS Office applications.
β’ Possess a proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset; able to swiftly learn and implement new AI features and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in AI with the capability to incorporate generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM) into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and quality of output.
β’ Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills, focused on effectively identifying and resolving issues.
β’ Experience in stakeholder management, including fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrate strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
β’ Ability to work in an international team comprising members from diverse locations and backgrounds.
