Senior HR Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership and business heads to enhance people outcomes in dynamic, high-growth organizations.

• Spearhead workforce planning, talent management, and performance management initiatives that align with business priorities and ensure long-term organizational wellness.

• Manage PIP governance while offering leadership coaching and advisory support to managers and business leaders.

• Foster organizational effectiveness through HR analytics, employee relations, risk mitigation, and strategies focused on attrition and retention.

• Assist in engagement and culture-building initiatives, succession planning, policy formulation, HR compliance, and facilitation of change and transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR business partnering, including collaboration with senior leadership and business heads to achieve business and people outcomes.

• Practical experience in workforce planning, talent and performance management, HR analytics, employee relations, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

• HR experience supporting employees based in North America.

• Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Flexibility to work across various time zones to assist employees in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

• Experience in consulting or professional services environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with leading HRIS platforms is a plus.
