This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership and business heads to enhance people outcomes in dynamic, high-growth organizations.
β’ Spearhead workforce planning, talent management, and performance management initiatives that align with business priorities and ensure long-term organizational wellness.
β’ Manage PIP governance while offering leadership coaching and advisory support to managers and business leaders.
β’ Foster organizational effectiveness through HR analytics, employee relations, risk mitigation, and strategies focused on attrition and retention.
β’ Assist in engagement and culture-building initiatives, succession planning, policy formulation, HR compliance, and facilitation of change and transformation.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR business partnering, including collaboration with senior leadership and business heads to achieve business and people outcomes.
β’ Practical experience in workforce planning, talent and performance management, HR analytics, employee relations, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
β’ HR experience supporting employees based in North America.
β’ Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
β’ Flexibility to work across various time zones to assist employees in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
β’ Experience in consulting or professional services environments is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with leading HRIS platforms is a plus.
