This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in essential employee life cycle processes including the onboarding of new staff, management of employee data, oversight of absences, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding of employees.
• Prepare various HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments to contracts, HR policies, documentation for benefits enrollment, payroll enrollment materials, country-specific onboarding guides, employment certificates, and certificates of termination.
• Organize and manage employee records through our proprietary platform: input, update, and maintain both customer and employee personal data, process diverse forms related to human resources activities like new hires, changes in status, benefits, terminations, etc.
• Administer benefits on behalf of customers and employees, collaborating with brokers/insurers for the enrollment of employee benefits.
• Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to assist payroll administration, working closely with the payroll team and local payroll providers.
• Perform audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payments for employees.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR processes and aid in keeping standard operating procedures and policies current.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with employees and customers to clarify and resolve inquiries and concerns (via email and other communication methods).
• Ensure exceptional service by adhering to established SLAs and SOPs.
• Liaise with GP partners/vendors, including insurance providers, local service providers, local payroll providers, and pension providers, ensuring strong collaboration and seamless coordination with internal teams within GP.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and customers during the onboarding and offboarding phases.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (experience in Shared Services Center is preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working in a Shared Services environment.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation across the EMEA region is a valuable asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in various settings.
• Competent in MS Office applications.
• Possess a proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset; capable of rapidly mastering and utilizing new AI features and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI, with the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM) into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills focusing on effectively identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including the ability to cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Show strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate within an international team composed of members from diverse locations and cultural backgrounds.
