This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Collaborate with a team of healthcare, technical, and project management consultants to guarantee smooth integration, data migration, and system performance of Epic systems.
β’ Utilize technical knowledge in EpicCare inpatient modules to provide support aimed at optimizing system functionality within workflows and technology to enhance hospital operations.
β’ Offer guidance and recommendations on Epic applications, contributing suggestions and engaging in discussions regarding operational and technological enhancements.
β’ Recognize opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent work experience; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
β’ Current EpicCare Certification with comprehensive knowledge of its products and solutions.
β’ Additional certifications are highly advantageous (OpTime, Willow, ASAP, Ambulatory, etc.).
β’ Extensive Clinical Case Management experience to facilitate workflow optimizations aimed at revenue improvement.
β’ Over 7 years of Epic experience providing consulting services in hospitals and healthcare systems, including prior implementation experience.
β’ Proven experience in project management and leadership roles.
β’ Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
