This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of acquiring and finalizing new enterprise logos within non-acute healthcare sectors, from the initial meeting to contract signing and growth opportunities.
• Navigate intricate organizational structures—identifying key executive sponsors, financial decision-makers, clinical advocates, compliance participants, and IT leaders.
• Drive value-centric sales processes that are grounded in customer workflows, regulatory demands (HIPAA, CMS, prior authorization), and specific operational challenges of each healthcare segment.
• Develop ROI models and business cases linked to cost savings, throughput improvements, risk reduction, claims precision, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Create and manage focused, outcome-oriented POCs with established success metrics and executive alignment.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies to generate sales pipeline and ensure predictable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market Engineers, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to progress deals and guarantee successful transitions.
• Offer structured market insights that enhance product development and Go-To-Market strategies.
• A minimum of 8 years in healthcare sales, demonstrating a successful history of surpassing quotas, particularly within non-acute healthcare sectors like payers, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or health technology.
• Proven ability to close complex transactions ($250K–$1M+ ARR) within sophisticated organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of how payers process claims, how pharmaceutical companies manage clinical and commercial operations, and how non-acute providers function under value-based care models.
• Experience in selling technical SaaS, AI, data, or cloud solutions in regulated settings.
• Proficient in pitching and showcasing highly technical products to clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards—HIPAA, HITRUST, CMS—and their impact on technology acquisitions.
• Proven track record of selling to C-level executives both in-person and online; experience in building new territories from scratch.
• Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or agent-based systems is a considerable advantage; knowledge of HL7/FHIR is a plus.
