This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +3 more states.
• We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Partnerships Associate who excels in uncertain situations and fosters relationships that advance our mission.
• This role is accountable for the expansion of "sold" providers and the resulting patient demand within the designated territory.
• The position requires a high-energy, "boots-on-the-ground" sales approach, necessitating field presence at least three days each week.
• You will manage the complete sales cycle—leveraging provided lead lists for proactive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing agreements with providers.
• Engage in face-to-face selling and relationship management for accounts located within a two-hour radius of major metropolitan areas.
• Implement remote selling strategies for designated accounts outside the immediate vicinity.
• Collaborate with professionals dedicated to addressing mental health challenges and expanding the team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales/business development (healthcare experience preferred) with a proven record of high performance.
• At least 2 years of experience in independently generating a significant portion of a sales pipeline through outbound methods, including cold calling.
• Proven success in independently managing full-cycle deals, skillfully navigating complex objections, and maintaining strict closing discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interacting with both providers and practice staff.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and transactions using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Must currently reside within the specified target market (no relocation assistance provided) and have personal, reliable transportation to support up to 50% local travel within a two-hour radius of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
