Senior Healthcare Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, writing, and delivery of the weekly newsletter from start to finish.

• Create and manage drip marketing campaigns.

• Design marketing materials to effectively communicate our message.

• Implement SEO best practices and organize content within an SEO framework.

• Maintain the marketing content calendar and determine the appropriate channel mix.

• Leverage healthcare-specific marketing knowledge to enhance messaging (awareness of HIPAA, focus on parents and caregivers).

• Suggest campaign enhancements based on performance analytics.

• Convert the practice’s clinical language into clear, trustworthy content for patients.

• Act as a strategic partner for the client, focusing on collaboration rather than just execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing — this is essential. We prioritize the depth and quality of healthcare work over the total duration of marketing experience.

• A successful history of developing and delivering email newsletters and drip campaigns from inception to completion.

• Strong design skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and structuring content for SEO purposes.

• Ability to work autonomously across various disciplines without needing handoffs.

• Exceptional written English proficiency.

• Must be available for full-time work during US hours.

• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates experience in healthcare marketing.
