Senior Healthcare Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and enhance capacity for clients and project teams.

• Create practical guidance, training resources, analytic playbooks, code samples, and templates.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff throughout the data lifecycle.

• Direct teams in querying claims and enrollment data as well as executing statistical analyses.

• Organize collaborative working sessions, training events, and capacity-building initiatives.

• Utilize knowledge of CMS programs and data content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with twelve years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with ten years of relevant experience, or a PhD with eight years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity or significant working knowledge of CMS systems and data environments such as IDR and VRDC.

• Experience with DataConnect and TMSIS is preferred.

• Background in designing or supporting data architecture within healthcare, CMS, Medicare, or Medicaid settings.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare data structures including claims, enrollment, provider, beneficiary, payment, and utilization data.

• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.

• Experience handling secure data environments and sensitive healthcare information.

• Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and security issues related to CMS or regulated healthcare data.

• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to articulate complex data concepts.
