Senior Healthcare Consultant – Klinische KI-Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Work with purpose – making a positive impact on patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

• Serve as a strategic partner for our hospital clients on-site, with clear accountability for results.

• Conduct cross-departmental process and use-case audits within the hospital.

• Define and deliver new use cases for the AI Suite in collaboration with the implementation team.

• Facilitate workshops at the C-level and translate clinical pain points into tangible AI solutions.

• Manage the expansion ARR within your client portfolio.

• Conduct quarterly account steering together with the CSM and hospital management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of consulting (Healthcare Practice or equivalent), hospital operations, and/or HealthTech product or delivery roles.

• In-depth understanding of German hospital processes: KIS landscape, clinical documentation, DRG-relevant workflows, social services, discharge management, and medical controlling.

• Structured consulting toolkit: use-case discovery, prioritization, business case modeling, stakeholder mapping, and C-level workshop facilitation.

• AI-fluent: Understand where LLM-based products can be applied; familiar with concepts such as Human-in-the-Loop and prompt design limitations.

• Strong commercial acumen and a sense of accountability for results.

• Excellent communication skills in German and proficient in English.

• Hands-on, structured, and willing to travel within the DACH region.
