IFS Projects Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide support and resolve cases related to the IFS Projects module, encompassing Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Execution, Project Time and Cost Reporting, Multi-Company Project Reporting (MCPR), Reporting for Contractors, Project Conclusion, Subcontract Management, Sales Contract Management, Project Invoicing, Contract Change Management, and Risk and Indemnity Management.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the project module, which includes project structures, phases, milestones, and cost elements.

• Assist in configuring CRIM and support the CRIM development workstream, which involves data setup and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.

• Aid in the repair of financial project data and the activities related to period-end project closures.

• Record case resolutions and generate clear updates for clients.

• Recognize and contribute to opportunities for continuous improvement in project processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the IFS Projects module, either in implementation or support roles.

• In-depth knowledge of IFS project costing, budgeting, and deliverable management.

• Exceptional written English skills for producing client-facing documentation.

• Experience in customer/client support within a live, ticketing environment.

• Must be based in Australia with an unrestricted right to work; comfortable in a fully remote role with occasional travel.

• Familiarity with CRIM or project revenue recognition.

• Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications versions 9/10, with a strong preference for Cloud experience.
