Business Valuations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in engagement planning by identifying critical issues, methodologies, and budget considerations

• Manage information requests and oversee production processes

• Evaluate financial data and develop financial models

• Perform research on industry trends and economic conditions

• Engage directly with clients and their legal representatives

• Draft expert reports for business valuations, damage assessments, or forensic accounting inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA certification

• CBV certification

• 6-10 years of advanced experience in business valuation and litigation

• Proven capability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously

• Proficient in presenting findings to clients’ legal teams and other involved parties as required

• Established history of creating well-crafted reports and correspondence for litigation

• Ability to offer practical solutions to intricate issues
