Senior HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, configuration, and implementation of HCM solutions tailored to meet client business and technical needs.

• Conduct functional and technical analysis to facilitate system design, configuration, and deployment efforts.

• Configure HCM applications, workflows, business processes, and associated system components.

• Engage in requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and system demonstrations.

• Create, maintain, and revise project documentation, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.

• Aid in project administration tasks, encompassing status reporting, action item tracking, risk management, and management of project documentation.

• Design and implement test plans, test scripts, and validation procedures to guarantee solution quality and adherence to requirements.

• Assist in data validation, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting activities.

• Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.

• Provide support for system deployment, user training, and post-implementation tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the capability to obtain a US Public Trust.

• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant HCM functional, technical, or enterprise application position.

• Experience in supporting software implementation, system configuration, or business process enhancement projects.

• Familiarity with HCM processes and enterprise application ecosystems.

• Experience in creating project documentation, technical documentation, or client deliverables.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project setting.
