Senior Guidance, Navigation & Controls Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and validation of sophisticated GNC systems tailored for spacecraft applications.

• Formulate and execute advanced guidance and control algorithms.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance across various spacecraft subsystems.

• Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) unit and integrated testing to validate the performance of GNC subsystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree).

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in GNC algorithm design, subsystem integration, and spacecraft development.

• Knowledge of guidance and control algorithms, sensor and actuator selection, and verification methodologies.

• Expertise in STK, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
