This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, construct, and deploy HubSpot-based go-to-market (GTM) systems, overseeing configuration, data organization, and workflow automation within our expanding technology stack. Our present GTM stack consists of HubSpot, Clay (serving as a primary orchestration layer), Avoma, Crossbeam, Clazar, Mixpanel, and Metabase, with legacy tools like Salesloft being phased out and new tools under consideration as we enhance our AI-native GTM framework.
• Develop and manage Clay-native automations that enrich, score, route, and orchestrate GTM data in real-time.
• Oversee and sustain our AWS co-sell pipeline integration (Clazar), ensuring that partner-sourced opportunities are seamlessly synchronized into HubSpot.
• Design automations that eliminate manual GTM tasks, encompassing routing, lifecycle management, ownership logic, enrichment, partner attribution, and deal registration.
• Construct dependable multi-system workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Avoma, Crossbeam, and Clazar that function correctly in production environments.
• Establish systems where accurate reporting emerges as a natural outcome of streamlined workflows and data flows, rather than manual processes.
• Rapidly prototype, launch initial versions of systems, and iterate based on actual GTM performance and user adoption.
• Assess and integrate new GTM tools and connections as we broaden our AI-native revenue operations framework.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth leadership to translate go-to-market strategies into technical systems and automations.
• Develop guardrails, quality assurance processes, and self-healing workflows to uphold data integrity and system reliability at scale.
• Over 5 years of experience in developing GTM systems, internal automations, or revenue infrastructure within a high-growth B2B setting.
• Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot, including practical experience in building workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Clay that exceeds basic enrichment (e.g., scoring, routing, orchestration, signal detection).
• Familiarity with sales engagement and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesloft, Outreach, or 6sense.
• Proficient knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, Metabase, or SQL-based environments.
• A builder mentality — you take pleasure in launching systems, automating manual tasks, and quickly iterating.
• Capability to translate complex GTM needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Comfort in operating cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced, high-growth atmosphere.
• Experience with quote-to-cash or CPQ tools (e.g., SpotDraft) and product-led growth (PLG) initiatives is a plus.
• An open and inclusive culture and work environment.
• Collaborate closely with a mission-driven team on innovative AI technology.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
• Highly flexible PTO and parental leave policy, with the office closed during the week of Christmas and New Years.
• Monthly wellness stipend.
• Annual Learning & Development stipend to foster your growth.
• Global offices located in San Francisco and Seoul, along with coworking office memberships for remote team members.
• VISA support provided where applicable.
• Transportation stipend (available only for SF onsite employees).
• Daily lunch and dinner provided (available only for SF onsite employees).
