This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic connector by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure that GTM strategies are well understood, aligned, and executed throughout the organization.
• Assist in the design and implementation of the GTM operating model in close collaboration with Revenue Operations and other functional leaders.
• Aid in translating strategic priorities into clear operating rhythms and facilitate collaboration across functions.
• Ensure that teams maintain a consistent understanding of goals, metrics, and performance outcomes.
• Work with Sales and Finance to inform segmentation, coverage, and capacity models that support the company’s growth priorities.
• Contribute insights and ensure transparency regarding territory design decisions and headcount planning.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, and GTM leaders to co-create compensation plans based on shared insights and company objectives.
• Support the governance process to make sure that compensation structures are fair, measurable, and communicated clearly.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Monetization, Legal, and Finance to enhance deal governance, pricing clarity, and the efficiency of commercial execution.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve GTM processes and tools through collaboration.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Strategy teams to define and refine GTM metrics and dashboards.
• Over 5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in GTM/Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B enterprise (preferably in infrastructure, data/AI, or complex solutions).
• A solid understanding of the RevOps/GTM Ops function and its operations across forecasting, territories/quotas, compensation plans, and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and related GTM tools (forecasting, territory/quota, CPQ, compensation) is preferred.
• A proven ability to turn strategy into repeatable operating mechanisms that enhance forecast accuracy and improve win/retention rates.
• Strong executive presence: capable of distilling complex situations and analyses into clear recommendations for leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills - able to oversee multi-quarter initiatives (coverage redesign, compensation overhaul, pipeline enhancement) to successful completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficient with numbers and comfortable articulating and defending assumptions.
