• Oversee the complete recruitment process for senior, complex, and critical business roles across various functions.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including proactive sourcing and successfully closing candidates.

• Design, implement, and continually enhance recruitment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership.

• Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

• Work cross-functionally with departments such as People, Finance, Legal, and other partners.

• Identify gaps in processes, assess risks, and implement improvements.

• Contribute to wider Talent Acquisition initiatives.

• Utilize recruiting data, market intelligence, and innovative AI-driven tools.

• Function with a significant level of autonomy.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• At least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Strong skills in stakeholder partnership.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex and ambiguous searches.

• Solution-focused mindset.

• Solid understanding of business principles.

• Proficient in recruiting data and comfortable using AI tools.

• Proven track record of achieving consistent hiring results.

• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms, including Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
