This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee program framework: Design and sustain cohesive schedules for product launches, service modifications, and significant market entry strategies, encompassing milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, launch gates, and critical decisions.
• Manage execution rhythm and readiness oversight: Create consistent operational patterns across various workstreams, including status meetings, readiness evaluations, checkpoints, and leadership briefings, while assessing operational, technical, commercial, and process preparedness.
• Monitor issues and escalate risks: Keep track of obstacles, unresolved decisions, readiness deficiencies, and resource limitations; ensure follow-up with responsible parties and escalate when launch timelines or execution quality may be jeopardized.
• Maintain decision-making and progress documentation: Update decision logs, issue registers, action trackers, and status reports, offering leadership a clear perspective on milestones, risks, responsibilities, and forthcoming actions.
• Facilitate reprioritization and budget management: Assist in identifying where launch schedules need adjustments, targeted support, or temporary reprioritization across teams, while managing the comprehensive marketing budget across various initiatives.
• Enhance and expand the partner program: Aid in managing OnTrac’s commercial and strategic partner initiatives, including partner onboarding, referral and incentive schemes, contracts, billing, lead management, and resolving partner-related issues.
• Discover new partnership opportunities: Assist in developing new commercial and strategic alliances that align with OnTrac’s value proposition and help broaden the company’s market reach.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–9 years of program management experience in intricate cross-functional settings, ideally within B2B logistics, parcel, transportation, operations, or similar go-to-market environments.
• Proven experience in managing schedules, dependencies, readiness, issue tracking, and escalation across various functions.
• Experience in supporting launches, service modifications, or operationally complex initiatives involving commercial, technical, or process dependencies.
• Strong comprehension of go-to-market principles in B2B; marketing experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ecommerce logistics, parcel delivery, last-mile transportation, or related operational settings is preferred.
• Up to 10% travel required.
