Senior Growth Web Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive the acquisition, onboarding, monetization, organic growth, and retention efforts across New Relic’s online platforms.

• Enhance our Drupal architecture and automated testing processes—our site is currently operating on Drupal 10, with an increasing feature velocity. You'll ensure it is equipped to scale according to our requirements.

• Engage in the design process by providing technical insights and recommendations to the creative team, while also helping refine the overall process.

• Develop effective content models, security frameworks, workflows, and templates, along with creating Drupal components and modules.

• Contribute to all technical facets of New Relic's public web properties to enhance customer experience and streamline content authoring.

• Boost the reliability and speed of feature delivery and iterations through A/B testing, operational insights, and a thorough understanding of user behavior data on the site.

• Lead and actively participate in architectural and implementation decisions within the team.

• Identify obstacles and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of professional experience.

• Over 6 years of full-stack development experience in both front-end and back-end technologies (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, Node.js, MVC, MySQL, NoSQL, RESTful APIs).

• Strong proficiency in Drupal 9/10 development.

• Solid grasp of PHP, Symfony, Twig, CSS, Git, and JavaScript.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes the regular delivery of production code using Agile practices, tools, and methodologies.

• Possess a collaborative work approach that involves colleagues in significant decisions and fosters shared code ownership.
