This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize new growth opportunities that align with the long-term objectives of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), including market expansion, service line enhancement, and targeted client demographics.
• Create and execute strategic growth plans that transform overarching priorities into actionable initiatives aimed at supporting revenue generation and improving market positioning.
• Oversee the planning and structuring of business development efforts throughout the opportunity lifecycle, which includes opportunity identification, qualification, and pursuit strategy.
• Collaborate with Business Development and proposal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements, pricing strategies, and organizational capabilities.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Client Services, Recruitment, Finance, and Legal, to verify that growth initiatives are feasible, properly scoped, and primed for successful execution.
• Examine market trends, client needs, and competitive activities to guide growth strategies and provide insights to senior leadership.
• A minimum of five years in sales and management, preferably within healthcare staffing and/or consulting services.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of business functions and an understanding of services, business strategies, policies and procedures, and the impact of the job on the organization.
• Ability to work independently, recognize business needs, and proactively address them for the benefit of the team and the organization.
• Skills in analyzing work, setting goals, developing action plans, and managing time effectively.
• Address the needs and expectations of customers effectively.
• Present oneself as a positive representative of the organization.
