This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Engine’s acquisition strategy in the weddings vertical by pinpointing high-impact opportunities, creating experiments, launching them swiftly, and expanding successful initiatives.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration with Product and Sales to secure additional wedding room blocks and influence the product development roadmap.
• Collaborate with the lifecycle team to create comprehensive wedding customer programs, from the initial online interaction to post-checkout follow-ups.
• Directly implement growth initiatives when feasible and engage appropriate collaborators as necessary.
• Monitor pertinent metrics, extract data, analyze outcomes, and cultivate a culture of learning centered around experimentation.
• Leverage AI and contemporary tools to enhance growth, personalize at scale, and conduct more tests.
• Strong background in growth marketing with proven experience in developing and scaling acquisition programs across various channels, including paid, organic, referral, and field.
• Proven experience in executing structured experimentation through hypothesis development, testing, learning, scaling, and disseminating results.
• Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, model building, and supporting strategies with quantitative insights.
• Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, SQL, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, and Lifecycle teams.
• Proficient in AI utilization and capable of leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
• Strong sense of ownership and capability to manage the vertical as if it were a General Manager's responsibility.
• Preferred: Experience in B2C or marketplace growth with high-intent, emotionally engaged buyers.
• Preferred: Familiarity with paid media platforms like Google, Meta, or TikTok.
• Preferred: Experience with lifecycle or CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or Braze.
• Preferred: Experience in 0-to-1 growth, building upon initial traction.
