This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the tracker installation rate from start to finish. Establish the baseline, instrument the funnel, execute experiments, and assess the outcomes.
• Manage the activation rate for each product across various surfaces. Gain insights into product functionality, the core jobs that need to be accomplished, and conduct experiments to accelerate account value realization.
• Investigate product-led acquisition strategies. Introduce innovative 0-to-1 concepts to enhance Leadfeeder’s discovery and distribution, and develop new acquisition loops.
• Collaborate with Marketing on the transition from visitors to signups. This moment bridges Marketing's platforms with ours, and you'll oversee the product aspect of this transition.
• Experience: 5–7 years in product management, with a minimum of 2 years focused on growth, activation, acquisition, or lifecycle surfaces. We prioritize what you've accomplished over where you’ve worked.
• Proven history of influencing a growth metric you were responsible for. At least one funnel, activation, or acquisition lever that you managed end-to-end, complete with a clear hypothesis → experiment → result narrative. You should be able to discuss it in detail, including the initial numbers, what influenced them, what didn't, and your key takeaways.
• A growth-oriented mindset. You link actions to outcomes, are inherently data-driven, and have a genuine respect for the scientific method. You design experiments effectively, evaluate results honestly, and maintain objectivity regarding your ideas.
• Intellectual curiosity and analytical thinking. You approach problems from first principles, consider second-order implications, and critically evaluate briefs. This trait is our top priority in hiring.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills. This role involves collaboration within other PMs' product areas. Cross-team alignment, clear written documentation, and high standards for argumentation are essential.
• Daily use of AI in your workflow is mandatory. You leverage AI tools regularly for prototyping, analysis, writing, and decision-making, positioning yourself ahead of the curve. Bonus points for having delivered AI-enhanced product experiences; be prepared to discuss this in the interview.
• Comfort with discomfort. You excel in uncertain situations, can deliver results with 70% of the necessary information, and remain productive amidst shifting circumstances. You find energy in transformational moments rather than being hindered by them.
• High level of agency and ownership. You take charge of issues from discovery to delivery and post-launch assessment. You don't wait for direction on the next steps.
• The opportunity to make a significant, measurable impact on a metric that compounds. Each percentage improvement in tracker installation contributes directly to retention, expansion, and downstream revenue. This is where growth at Leadfeeder starts.
• Be part of a company at a pivotal strategic moment. Brand unification, a new pricing model set to launch by the end of June 2026, and a product-led growth approach in 2026 are paving the way for transformative changes in 2027. Growth professionals will find an unusually expansive canvas here.
• Direct collaboration with the CPTO and a dedicated R&D team that prioritizes rapid shipping, open debates, and a deep commitment to quality.
• A remote-first European culture that emphasizes autonomy, impact, and a proactive approach over bureaucracy and politics.
• Access to the tools and freedom to innovate with AI, rather than just discussing it. We are committed to equipping our teams with the best available AI tools.
• A competitive compensation package along with attractive benefits.
