This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish the groundwork for PiNCAMP's ongoing expansion.
• Play a key role in fulfilling the mission to create the leading camping marketplace in Europe.
• Lead a dedicated team of marketing professionals to enhance customer acquisition.
• Oversee paid marketing accounts with an emphasis on maximizing automation.
• Propel partnership marketing by managing affiliate agencies and directly engaging with key partners.
• Strengthen acquisition-side collaboration with stakeholders ADAC, ANWB, and TCS.
• Eliminate silos between disciplines and collaborate closely with the Retention team to optimize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Utilize interfaces with Product, BI & Data to integrate automation, AI, and data-driven marketing throughout the organization.
• Act as the primary leader for the B2B Tribe in meeting media traffic objectives.
• Over 6 years of professional experience in digital marketing, specializing in Affiliate & Partnership Marketing.
• A proven history of managing large-scale ad accounts with seven-figure budgets.
• Some experience in leading small teams.
• Strong technical skills: a comprehensive understanding of web tracking and a clear vision for how automation and AI can progress the field.
• Capable of structuring complex topics and presenting or discussing them fluently in both German and English.
• A proactive 'can-do' attitude, able to drive projects independently and motivated by ambitious objectives.
• Bonus: native-level proficiency in Dutch.
