📋 Description

• Lead the creation and implementation of innovative and impactful performance marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.

• Utilize advanced analytical tools to collect, analyze, and interpret complex campaign data, deriving strategic insights to optimize campaigns, enhance ROI, and drive substantial performance improvements.

• Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation initiatives, employing advanced targeting methodologies to refine audience strategies for personalized messaging and improved campaign performance.

• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets, while overseeing A/B testing strategies for ongoing enhancement.

• Effectively manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency, generating detailed reports, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, leading the adoption of innovative approaches to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Supervise a team of account managers on client engagements, ensuring efficient project management and task delegation to optimize team performance, meet client objectives, and achieve target results.

• Assist in the sales process for new accounts by conducting audits of prospective clients and participating in sales presentations to drive new business opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• An advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

• Over 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, focusing on developing and executing performance-driven campaigns and leading strategic initiatives.

• Expert-level proficiency in digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

• Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data and produce strategic insights.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, along with strategic thinking, to drive impactful campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Products (including Google Slides, Google Sheets).

• Experience in client management and client-facing roles is essential.

• Experience in eCommerce and agency environments is desirable.
