This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee integrated campaign strategies for webinars, events, thought leadership, major content releases, and other business initiatives.
• Establish campaign goals, target demographics, key messages, offers, channel distribution, timelines, calls to action, and success metrics.
• Manage email, website, social media, paid media, content, event, and sales-enablement efforts.
• Arrange and prioritize simultaneous campaigns across various brands and business objectives.
• Keep campaign timelines on track, pinpoint dependencies, follow up with contributors, and mitigate launch risks.
• Design demand-generation campaigns to enhance qualified leads, content interaction, event sign-ups, conversions, and marketing-influenced pipeline.
• Evaluate performance through HubSpot and other reports, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Organize tests for audiences, messages, offers, subject lines, calls to action, landing pages, and channel distribution.
• Assist in targeted paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
• Compile results, insights, and subsequent actions for the Head of Marketing and relevant stakeholders.
• Set up and oversee HubSpot campaigns, emails, audience segments, assets, and monitoring of engagement.
• Define lifecycle and nurture programs while collaborating on intricate workflows, routing, scoring, integrations, and reporting.
• Conduct quality assurance for campaign elements such as links, forms, lists, personalization, landing pages, tracking parameters, and user journeys.
• Craft and refine promotional content for emails, landing pages, advertisements, social media posts, event promotions, and sales-support materials.
• Utilize SEO and website performance insights to enhance campaign content and landing page optimization.
• Coordinate the activation and promotion of reports, white papers, webinars, videos, and other content.
• Manage contributions from internal teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Events, and subject matter experts.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three to five years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, campaign management, or a similar area.
• Minimum of two years of practical experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Experience in developing or coordinating multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social media, content, paid media, webinars, or events.
• Ability to interpret campaign data, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for promotional communications.
• Capability to handle multiple projects, timelines, contributors, and deadlines effectively.
• Working knowledge of audience segmentation, conversion funnels, landing pages, lead nurturing, paid media, and campaign attribution.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proficient in English for professional communication.
• HubSpot certification or extensive experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.
• Familiarity with B2B, healthcare, EMS, public sector, SaaS, professional services, or regulated industry campaigns is preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or another paid media platform is preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, UTM tracking, website content management, and conversion optimization is preferred.
• Basic experience in coordinating video, design, webinar, or multimedia assets is preferred.
