Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that align with commercial pipeline and revenue goals.

• Develop and launch campaigns utilizing email, nurture programs, webinars, paid media, retargeting, ABM, and various digital channels.

• Assist in executing ongoing campaign strategies aimed at enhancing engagement, accelerating the pipeline, and boosting conversion rates.

• Manage campaign schedules, deployment, and execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

• Ensure that campaigns are aligned with funnel stages, segmentation strategies, and the priorities of the target audience.

• Implement ABM programs targeting strategic enterprise and high-priority accounts.

• Track engagement trends and assess campaign performance across targeted accounts.

• Operate and execute campaigns using marketing automation and Martech platforms such as Pardot, Demandbase, Mutiny, Salesforce, and other related technologies.

• Generate campaign performance reports, dashboards, and insights for Growth Marketing and commercial leadership.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, go-to-market priorities, and campaign alignment.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B pipeline marketing.

• Demonstrated experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable impacts on the pipeline.

• Strong proficiency with marketing automation and Martech platforms, including Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Mutiny, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar technologies.

• Experience in supporting ABM strategies, nurture programs, and funnel-based campaign execution.

• In-depth understanding of lead lifecycle management, marketing attribution, and pipeline reporting.

• Experience managing various digital campaign channels, including email, webinars, paid media, retargeting, and nurture programs.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
