Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the SEO and AEO strategies.

• Enhance visibility across platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

• Oversee the website, conversion funnels, and analytics.

• Develop expert content in collaboration with internal subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting specific accounts.

• Assist sales outreach efforts with relevant marketing materials.

• Establish authority in areas such as fintech, banking, AI, and enterprise software delivery.

• Supervise external freelancers and agencies as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.

• Demonstrated experience in a software house, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services setting.

• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in SEO.

• Familiarity with AEO (AI Engine Optimization).

• Practical experience in building and enhancing a LinkedIn organic presence.

• Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

• Experience with marketing automation tools and their processes.

• Strong grasp of analytics and attribution methodologies.

• Proven capability to work closely with Sales teams.
