This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily performance, implementation, and enhancement of selected paid channels, consistently seeking incremental opportunities to bolster the business.
• Act as the main point of contact for the paid media agency, formulating strategy, assessing performance, guiding optimizations, and ensuring timely, high-quality execution that aligns with growth objectives.
• Spearhead and expand Seed’s whitelisting/creator amplification initiative in collaboration with the creative strategist and influencer team, ensuring effective creator selection, clear guidance, and performance-oriented iterations.
• Work closely with the creative strategist, internal brand team, and external creative agencies to conceptualize, test, and refine ad creative.
• Convert overarching growth targets into channel-specific execution plans, encompassing budget distribution, pacing, and forecasting assistance.
• Lead a systematic testing roadmap across creative, audiences, and platform features, ensuring that insights are documented and utilized.
• Collaborate with the wider team to utilize attribution, incrementality, and performance drivers, ensuring that decisions are based on the best available data.
• Remain at the forefront of platform developments, creator trends, and emerging tools (including AI) to continually enhance performance.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling paid acquisition channels, with over 7 years in a fast-paced DTC environment.
• In-depth knowledge of paid social acquisition, particularly with Meta and TikTok.
• A consistent track record of achieving and surpassing ambitious channel goals and business results.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, capable of converting performance data into clear, actionable insights across creative, audience, and bidding approaches.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including CAC efficiency, incrementality, attribution, and marginal return dynamics, along with their practical application.
• Proven ability to navigate uncertainty in changing business objectives, new product introductions, KPIs, and insights.
• Experienced in managing external agencies as part of your team, establishing clear expectations, maintaining high performance standards, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of creator-led and whitelisted advertising, with the capability to operationalize and scale initiatives that enhance performance through authentic, high-converting creative.
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator who can effectively convey performance, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including creative, influencer, and analytics groups.
