This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop an advanced, efficient demand engine by designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy aimed at fostering sustainable growth.
• Take ownership of and enhance the complete customer journey, from initial awareness and acquisition through to customer activation, retention, and expansion.
• Create and execute campaigns that are tailored to specific personas and use cases, addressing the distinct needs of potential customers.
• Design and oversee targeted marketing initiatives for our current customer base to boost product adoption, create upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and nurture brand advocates.
• Utilize AI to improve every phase of the funnel, from refining segmentation and targeting to speeding up campaign development and testing, as well as enhancing lead nurturing and reporting.
• Establish and manage a sophisticated email marketing system for both prospects and customers, incorporating AI-driven nurturing programs and campaigns that generate revenue.
• Promote a culture of ongoing, data-informed enhancement by consistently reviewing campaign performance, user behavior, and cohort data to pinpoint optimization possibilities throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong alignment on growth strategies.
• A "player-coach" mentality. You are comfortable both establishing high-level growth strategies and actively executing campaigns, analyzing data in GA4, and generating reports in Salesforce.
• Over 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• An inherently AI-focused marketer. You are performance-driven and possess hands-on experience with AI tools that enhance segmentation, targeting, campaign creation (copy, graphics, etc.), testing, lead nurturing, reporting, and funnel optimization.
• Experience in marketing to technical audiences such as CTI, SOC, and OSINT professionals. You know how to craft compelling messages that resonate with their unique needs and challenges.
• A proven history of developing and scaling successful full-funnel marketing programs that have significantly influenced not just lead generation but also customer retention and expansion (LTV).
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of the current B2B marketing technology stack, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads Manager, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Marketo (or a similar marketing automation platform).
• A persistent "test-and-learn" approach and a strong comfort level working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• An analytical and data-driven mindset. You are passionate about marketing attribution and cohort analysis, using data to inform and justify your decisions.
