This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Spearhead a comprehensive incentives and lifecycle marketing initiative targeted at our guest community.
β’ Take full ownership of the strategy and complete execution of CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with global country managers to establish and synchronize incentive strategies.
β’ Work in close partnership with the finance team to ensure each program is financially feasible.
β’ Plan quarterly, executing by drafting creative briefs, conducting feasibility assessments, and participating in creative evaluations.
β’ Manage CRM execution from start to finish, outlining technical and feasibility requirements.
β’ Partner with analytics to assess previous campaign outcomes and distill insights for senior management.
β’ Utilize AI tools for reporting and employ SQL to verify outputs.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience across owned channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
β’ Proficient in journey-building and executing triggered campaigns.
β’ Basic SQL skills to run and validate reports.
β’ Candidates with a background in B2C technology are preferred.
