This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of a structured testing roadmap for innovative and emerging paid media channels, including programmatic display, Reddit, Snapchat, and other alternative platforms.
• Oversee the daily campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing for new channel tests, utilizing judgment on optimizations and escalating significant strategic decisions to the Senior Paid Acquisition Manager.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to brief and refine ad assets designed for new platform environments.
• Identify opportunities for incrementality and lift studies, work together with the Analytics team to develop the test structure, and take ownership of the launch and continuous performance tracking of each experiment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for new channel initiatives, converting data into concise summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Keep organized records of test outcomes, insights, and optimization actions to create a shared knowledge repository for the team.
• Aid in acquisition growth across our brand portfolio—Acorns, Acorns Early, and GoHenry—with an emphasis on performance in the U.S. market.
• Collaborate effectively with Analytics, Creative, and other marketing colleagues to implement experiments efficiently and uncover actionable insights.
• Proactively observe the AdTech landscape—including gaming platforms (e.g., Roblox, Discord), community platforms, and emerging programmatic DSPs—and present channel opportunities for team evaluation.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing, with a BS/BA degree; or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience with at least one paid media platform (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, The Trade Desk, or similar).
• Knowledge of mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and an understanding of how attribution frameworks impact paid media strategies. Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is an advantage.
• A data-driven approach; comfortable working with performance metrics and translating numerical data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail; adept at following processes, raising questions promptly, and adjusting your approach as necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of summarizing experiment findings and presenting channel recommendations in an easily digestible manner for stakeholders.
