• Take ownership of user growth objectives for the UK Chinese community, driving user acquisition through both digital channels and offline community initiatives, while being accountable for the results.
• Develop and manage community operations: organizing events, local meetups, forums, and grassroots collaborations that establish LemFi as a trusted brand rather than just another application.
• Identify, negotiate, and oversee partnerships with organizations and businesses that provide genuine value for both parties and enhance user acquisition.
• Travel across the UK to represent LemFi at trade exhibitions, community gatherings, and sponsorship opportunities, including occasional weekends when community engagement is highest.
• Perform continuous market research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and convert those insights into actionable recommendations for the Product and Marketing teams.
• Continuously analyze campaign and channel data, utilizing AI tools to enhance research and content creation, and optimize based on actual data insights.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the UK Chinese community, ensuring that every product decision, brand message, and marketing initiative resonates with the audience we aim to serve.
• A minimum of 5 years in growth, sales, or marketing positions in fast-paced settings, with a proven history of achieving ambitious acquisition or revenue goals.
• Deep, lived experience with Chinese diaspora communities in the UK—culturally fluent and genuinely involved, rather than merely academically informed.
• Demonstrated ability to forge partnerships and community relationships from the ground up, transforming them into measurable and sustained growth outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities: adept at analyzing campaign and dashboard data, quickly drawing conclusions, and adjusting strategies independently without waiting for guidance.
• Self-driven professional who has experience working either in the field or remotely with minimal supervision and consistently delivers results—no need for a playbook.
• Excellent communicator capable of engaging an audience at community events and crafting a sharp partnership proposal on the same day.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, including occasional weekends.
• Opportunities for career advancement
• The chance to make a significant impact
• A dynamic work environment
